additional training and certification by the Loan Signing System. My extensive Real Estate background

has prepared me well to guide clients patiently and courteously through the loan documents.​

closing. I strive to pay meticulous attention to detail and understand the extreme importance of

submitting or personally delivering properly executed loan document packages to ensure

rate locks will not expire and loans will be funded as scheduled.

My ultimate goal is to be an asset to the Escrow Officer, Lender or Title Company by ensuring that all

loan documents are fully completed, initialed, signed, sealed and dated. ​In the rare event an error is made,

I will immediately rectify the mistake.

I have been a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent for 20+ years and currently hold an active license, specifically

as a Real Estate Sales Associate. Additionally, I have a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license

and have 7 years experience as an onsite Commercial Property Manager of a 10+ Unit Office Building. As a

former Real Estate Investor, I have managed and experienced several 1031 Exchanges.
