rate locks will not expire and loans will be funded as scheduled.
My ultimate goal is to be an asset to the Escrow Officer, Lender or Title Company by ensuring that all
loan documents are fully completed, initialed, signed, sealed and dated. In the rare event an error is made,
I will immediately rectify the mistake.
I have been a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent for 20+ years and currently hold an active license, specifically
as a Real Estate Sales Associate. Additionally, I have a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license
and have 7 years experience as an onsite Commercial Property Manager of a 10+ Unit Office Building. As a
former Real Estate Investor, I have managed and experienced several 1031 Exchanges.
Over the years, I have attended many Real Estate closings for myself, family and clients, which
gives me a deep understanding of loan documents and the actual loan closing process.
